(For Victorian trainers requesting to move a horse after nomination time)

(For Victorian trainers who wish to divide their team of horses between multiple properties)

Relocation of Stable
(For Victorian trainers who wish to relocate their entire stable of horses to another property)

Visiting Trainer licence
(For Victorian trainers who wish to relocate their entire stable of horses to another property)

3. The address of the proposed (or additional) location: If you wish to utilise a registered training venue (E.g. Flemington, Cranbourne etc.), approval must be sought from the relevant Race Club prior to usage.

5. Supply full name of the Owner of this property: As a licensed person, the responsibility is on the trainer to ensure that the owner of this property is aware of the trainers’ obligations under the Rules of Racing in permitting Stewards to access this property at any reasonable time.
